Return Policy

When receiving the Products at “Nova Poshta” or from a “Nova Poshta” courier, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the integrity of the packaging, then open it, and verify the proper external condition of the Product (absence of mechanical damage), and the completeness of the set.

If any defects are detected, the Buyer (Recipient) is entitled to refuse the acceptance of the Products by drawing up a Defect Report in a free-form format. Wherever possible, the defects should be documented through photographic or video evidence. Upon signing the Defect Report, the Products shall be returned to the Seller.

Exchange and Return of the Products of Proper Quality.

According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality for any reason within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, by handing it over to the Seller. The list of Goods that are not subject to return is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Please ensure that the Product has not been used, there are no chips and abrasions, its packaging, labeling, tags, and stickers are preserved, and that the Product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties

The Seller also reserves the right to refuse to exchange the Product or return it if:

  • more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the Product, excluding the day of purchase;
  • signs of use were detected during quality inspection of the Product;
  • structural modifications were made to the Product and/or its components, or attempts to modify them were detected.

In case of returning or exchanging Products of proper quality (without defects), the Buyer shall cover the postal expenses.

When returning the Product via courier delivery services, postal services, or any other logistics providers, The Buyer assumes full responsibility for resolving any issues related to damage, complete destruction, or loss of the Product during delivery.

Return of Products of Improper Quality.

If significant defects are found due to the manufacturer’s fault within the warranty period, the Consumer is entitled to request either a replacement of the Products or a refund.

A defect is considered significant if it makes the use of the Products impossible or unacceptable in accordance with their intended purpose, it was caused by the fault of the manufacturer, reappears after being repaired for reasons beyond the Consumer’s control, and possesses at least one of the following characteristics:

  • it cannot be eliminated;
  • it takes more than 14 days to eliminate it;
  • it makes the Product substantially different from what is stipulated in the Contract.

In case of returning or exchanging the Products of improper quality, the Seller shall cover the postal expenses. If the Buyer received a product that is different from the one ordered, it also considered a product of improper quality and the delivery costs shall be covered by the Seller.

Refund.

The Buyer shall be refunded the cost of the Products within 10 (ten) business days from the moment the Seller receives the Products.

The refund shall be made using the same method and to the same individual who effected the payment for the Order.

Please note that the refund period may also depend on the policies of the card-issuing bank.
